Why so slow? :)  My page at http://fdt.net/~fubar/spy.html updates every 
time you reload.

For those who've asked, I will release the script.  I've been reluctant, 
since it does some things that I think may be "bad".  I also don't think 
the simple lockfile handling would hold up under real heavy use...but 
it's not failed yet.
