They're pretty easy to create.  Just take a bunch of pictures, put
them in a directory with each file named something like "qc0001",
"qc0002" and so on.  Then call your MPEG encoder, and it should be
pretty easy.  I've made a fair number of MPEGs from raytracings, and
it never seemed very difficult.
