Graphics Workshop does MPEG movie compression? That's new.
I'd still recommend Image Magick. Unlike Graphics Workshop, it is available for
dozens of different platforms. And this mailing list is mostly about using the
Quickcam with non-Microsoft-systems, right? :)

Graphics Workshop is available through every major shareware collection. Check
http://www.tucows.com or http://www.windows95.com.

You may want to ask your system administrator for help. It would also be kind
