There is an older site (www.santafe.edu/~nelson/cuseeme-linux/) that
claims to have patched nv so that it works with QuickCam and Linux.  I
tried to rebuild his code and
never got it working.  As before, it relied on the older versions of the
libraries.  My problem is that I have software which relies on the newer
versions, so constantly switching back and forth is a real pain.
