At last I'd succeeded installing qcwebcam (w/ fhttpd).
Thanks to  Alex Belits.

It is easier to configurate than  NetworkEye/270v1.1,
The image is better also.
It is faster (1.5 f/s) than the JPEG output from NE,
but still too slow.
(Java streamer from NE is faster but crashed my Netscape
under Linux though works well under Win 95 for a couple
of minutes)

What I want to know is where is the bottleneck with
the streamserver since xcqam has a nice speed, for example?
